*No Hostility

*Taking ownership

*Being considerate of others

*Listening More

*Loving More

*Caring More

*Doing More

*Utilizing God's gifts, talents and abilities

*Having positive and effective communication

*Continuing to be Thankful and Grateful to God for walking with me, guiding me, blessing me, giving me the strength that I need to overcome obstacles and hurtles, the serenity to get through, the courage to change things and the wisdom gained from it all.
